• Row-level security: Every account, including administrators, can only read, edit, or delete its own records through the app.
• No admin dashboard: Dyonda's team manages accounts, billing, and death-certificate verification — but there is no interface that lets them view your personal profile, device codes, digital accounts, or legacy letters.
• Limited backend access: Automated functions (like sending reminders or processing a verified death) operate with system-level privileges, but they run specific, audited tasks — they do not expose your content to human review.
• Death verification is document-based: When a trusted contact submits a death certificate, our admin reviews the certificate document itself — not your stored information. Only after verification does the unlock process deliver your designated information to your designated contacts.

In short: Dyonda's team can verify that you've passed away. They cannot read the legacy you've left behind.

Information about your trusted contacts is stored solely for the purpose of helping you manage your digital legacy.

Dyonda does not contact trusted contacts without your authorization.

We may use trusted providers including:

• Stripe (payments)
• Authentication providers
• Cloud hosting services
• Email delivery services
• Analytics providers

These providers have their own privacy policies.

Your information remains in your account until:

• You delete it
• You request deletion
• Your account is permanently closed

Certain billing records may be retained when required by law.
